They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Group Operations Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• To coordinate and oversee daily operations across multiple business units under the Group by ensuring operational efficiency, execution, accountability, and smooth interdepartmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations across all business units and departments
• Monitor operational performance and execution
• Enforce reporting structures and operational systems
• Track KPIs and departmental performance
• Improve operational efficiency and workflow
• Prepare operational reports for executive management
• Ensure accountability and compliance across teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• 5 – 8 years operational management experience. Relevant experience in FMCG, bakery operations, retail chains, logistics, multi-sector operations, or technology systems management.

Person Specification:

• Strong leadership, coordination, team management and reporting skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Experience working in structured and fast-growing organizations
• Ability to drive execution and accountability
• Relevant experience in FMCG, bakery operations, retail chains, logistics, multi-sector operations, or technology systems management.
• Experience managing multiple teams or business units
