Job Title: Graduate Engineer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The preferred candidate will be responsible for supporting tender preparation activities and project expediting functions.
• The role includes assisting in planning, monitoring, coordinating, and ensuring project-related activities are executed efficiently and within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation and submission of tenders and related documentation.
• Support project expediting activities to ensure timely execution of project deliverables.
• Monitor project schedules and progress updates.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and project documentation as required.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.

Requirements

• Good knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Working knowledge of Primavera.
• Strong computer skills and general computer literacy.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
