About the Role

• Our client, a digital bank, is looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead brand strategy, customer acquisition, and market positioning.
• This role is central to driving awareness, trust, and growth in a competitive digital banking landscape.
• This position is being recruited exclusively for female candidates as part of the bank's leadership diversity objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the bank's overall marketing strategy across digital, social, and traditional channels
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and customer communications to build trust and drive adoption
• Own customer acquisition and retention campaigns, working closely with Product and Growth teams
• Manage the marketing budget, agency relationships, and campaign ROI tracking
• Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team
• Ensure all marketing communications comply with relevant advertising and financial services regulations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Experience, and Compliance teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's an advantage)
• 7–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/leadership role
• Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services marketing strongly preferred
• Strong track record in digital marketing, brand building, and customer acquisition at scale
• Data-driven approach with experience in marketing analytics and performance tracking
• Excellent communication, creative, and leadership skills.
