Job Title: Jobman / Facility Maintenance Personnel

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and skilled Jobman to support the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities.
• The successful candidate will carry out routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and general facility support to ensure a safe and functional work environment.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Minimum of SSCE, vocational or technical training is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in a maintenance, handyman, or similar role.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with office setup, furniture assembly, and other facility-related tasks.
• Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 per month.
