Job Title: Sales Representative (NYSC)
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: NYSC (Place of Primary Assignment)
Work Schedule: 5 days a week
About the Role
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative who is currently serving in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and passionate about building relationships and driving sales.
- This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical sales experience while growing within a dynamic organization. High-performing candidates will have opportunities for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels.
- Promote and sell the company's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Collaborate with the team to execute sales and marketing initiatives.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Must be a currently serving NYSC Corps Member seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an added advantage but not required.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Lagos.
