Job Title: Night Manager

Job Description

• Oversees evening and late-night operations, ensuring seamless service, staff management, and strict closing procedures
• They handle customer inquiries, manage financial administration like cash drops, and ensure safety and health regulations are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
Shift Operations & Leadership:

• Act as the Manager on Duty, leading and supervising front-of-house (waitstaff, hosts) and back-of-house (kitchen) personnel.
• Monitor workflow during peak hours, handle escalated customer complaints, and ensure high-quality dining experiences.

Closing & Administrative Duties:

• Oversee closing operations, including reconciling daily sales, processing safe drops, and finalizing cash deposits.
• Conduct closing checklists, verifying that the restaurant is clean, secure, and properly stocked for the following day.
• Review and approve timecards, assign side-work, and manage late-night staff departures.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
