Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor – Water Production to oversee the production of bottled table water and sachet water while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Job Summary

• The successful candidate will supervise the day-to-day operations of the water production line, ensuring that production targets are achieved efficiently and in compliance with NAFDAC regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and the company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production of bottled table water and sachet water.
• Plan and coordinate production activities to meet daily production targets.
• Lead and supervise Production Technicians, Machine Operators, Packaging Operators, and Production Assistants.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP, and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
• Monitor production efficiency, machine performance, and product quality.
• Coordinate routine machine inspections and report equipment faults to the Maintenance Department.
• Minimize production downtime, wastage, and operational losses.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, workplace safety, and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance, Engineering, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth production operations.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science & Technology, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in bottled water, sachet water, beverage, or food manufacturing.
• At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory role.
• Good knowledge of water treatment systems, bottling operations, and production planning.
• Strong understanding of NAFDAC requirements, GMP, GHP, and quality management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Salary
N1,200,000 / Annum.
