Job Title: Business Development, Marketing & Growth Executive
Location: Isolo, Lagos

About the Role
- We are looking for a highly ambitious, energetic, and results-driven professional who is passionate about sales, marketing, business development, and digital media.
- This is a performance-based hybrid role designed for someone who wants to build a successful career while enjoying unlimited earning potential.
- You will represent all three companies, giving you multiple products and services to market, multiple client categories to target, and multiple opportunities to earn commissions.
- This role combines business development, client relationship management, digital marketing, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients across all three companies.
- Promote the products and services of the companies to individuals, businesses, schools, organizations, artists, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Develop and execute business development strategies that increase revenue.
- Create, manage, and publish engaging content across all company social media platforms.
- Develop creative marketing campaigns to increase visibility and generate enquiries.
- Work with management to develop new products, services, and business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Represent the companies at meetings, networking events, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Meet agreed sales and business development targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, digital marketing, customer relationship management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong social media management and content creation skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, creative, organised, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must own a personal laptop in excellent working condition.
- Must have reliable internet access for remote work.
Work Arrangement (Important):
- This is a Hybrid position.
- Work remotely on assigned tasks during part of the week.
- Physical attendance at our Isolo office every Thursday and Friday is Manadatory.
Location Requirement (Non-Negotiable):
To ensure punctuality and operational efficiency, applicants must reside within or close to any of the following areas:
- Cele
- Isolo
- Oshodi
- Airport Road
- Mafoluku/Mafolukwu
- Ajao Estate
- Ilasamaja
- Shogunle
- Other nearby locations within the Isolo/Oshodi axis
- Applicants who live far from these areas will not be considered.
- Please do not apply if you cannot conveniently commute to our office on Thursdays and Fridays.
