Job Title: Sales Personnel

Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Owerri - Imo, Awka - Anambra, Enugu, Asaba - Delta, Ibadan - Oyo, Port Harcourt - Rivers, Uyo - Awka Ibom, Benin - Edo, Ogun, and Aba - Abia

Job Summary

  • The Sales Personnel is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
  • The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
  • Promote and sell the company’s products and services.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits to customers.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and customer feedback.
  • Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Number of new customers acquired.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.
