Job Description

• This role will lead enterprise-wide strategic planning, performance management, and digital transformation to drive NCF’s long-term sustainability — translating insight into action and aligning teams for measurable impact.

Requirements
What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Strategy, Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related field
• 10+ years’ experience in strategy development, performance management, or organisational learning (non-profit, public, or environmental sector experience preferred)
• Strong expertise in strategic foresight, digital transformation, and results-based performance frameworks
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership skills
