We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Support Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to staff by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripheral devices.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Manage user accounts, email setup, and access permissions.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and escalate complex technical problems where necessary.
• Perform routine system updates, backups, and security checks.
• Maintain IT inventory, including laptops, desktops, printers, and other equipment.
• Provide user training and technical guidance to employees.
• Document support requests, resolutions, and system changes.
• Ensure compliance with the organization's IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
