Job Description
Senior Loan Officers must have:

• A minimum of three years’ business development experience preferably in the commercial or microfinance banking sector.
• The ability to drive and achieve individual targets.
• Integrity, professionalism and willingness to leverage on own network for viable clients
• Basic computer literacy skills with good communication skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / BSc Degree in any field of study
• Prior microfinance banking experience is an advantage and most preferred
• Self-starters who can drive targets and achieveresults independently.
