Overview

• We are hiring a strategic and results-driven Business Transformation Officer to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
• This role will drive process optimisation, operational excellence, digital transformation, and performance improvement to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency and business performance improvement.
• Redesign and optimise business processes to eliminate inefficiencies and improve productivity.
• Drive automation and digital transformation projects across business units.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to track transformation impact.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Support leadership in executing strategic priorities and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant certifications is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in consulting, operations, or business transformation.
• Strong expertise in process optimisation, performance management, and change management.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
