Dumez Nigeria Limited, an Engineering and Construction company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation works on construction sites.
• Review and coordinate electrical shop drawings.
• Prepare material take-offs and BOQs.
• Ensure installations comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with mechanical, architectural, and structural teams.
• Supervise subcontractors and monitor work quality.
• Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Good knowledge of LV electrical systems, lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, data, CCTV, and ELV systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (knowledge of Revit is an advantage).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience working on hotels, commercial buildings, or high-rise projects.
