Job Title: Head of Risk Management

Location: Lagos

Job Purpose

• The Head of Risk Management is responsible for establishing, implementing, and overseeing an enterprise-wide risk management framework that identifies, assesses, mitigates, and monitors risks across the organization.
• The role ensures the organization operates within acceptable risk appetite while supporting strategic growth, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
• Master’s degree (MBA or relevant field) is an added advantage
• Professional certifications such as FRM, CRM, PRM, or CFA preferred
• 10–15 years’ experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience within manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
