Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative and customer-focused NYSC Corps Member to manage indoor sales activities, engage customers on social media, and support digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide product information.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging social media content to promote the company's products and services.
- Assist in managing the company's social media pages.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
- Support online and in-store marketing campaigns.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Currently serving under the NYSC scheme.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
- Ability to use Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video editing tools is an added advantage.
- Customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
- Good organizational and computer skills.
- Applicants must reside in or around Yaba, Ebute Metta, Somolu, Jibowu, or other nearby areas of Lagos State.
