Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Lokogoma - Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Generate qualified leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, digital channels, and strategic partnerships.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct property presentations and site inspections for prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and real estate brokers.
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and CRM database.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms within approved company guidelines.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure timely documentation and transaction completion.
Marketing:
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Support the planning and execution of property launches, exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Build referral networks that generate repeat business.
Reporting & Administration:
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Track sales performance against established KPIs.
- Update management on market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
