We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings, including architectural layouts, structural designs, and schematics for building systems such as plumbing, ventilation, and electrical installations.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring the execution of high-quality, innovative, and functional designs.
  • Lead, supervise, and effectively coordinate the technical team focused on finishing work.
  • Ensure all structural elements are safe, stable, and fully compliant with relevant engineering codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Oversee and supervise the installation of specialized façade systems, including aluminum, Alucobond, and glass work, as well as the finishing of doors, windows, and partitions.

Relevant Work Experience / Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering is required.
  • A Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is a significant advantage.
  • 3 - 6 years of progressive work experience in building construction and finishing projects, particularly with high-rise structures.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D and other computer-aided design (CAD) applications
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate technical teams effectively.
