Job Title: Business Champion

Locations: Port Harcourt - RIvers; Aba - Abia and Ota, Ikeja / Ogba, Lekki, Ikorodu - Lagos

Role Overview

• We are looking for exceptional, high-potential graduates to join our team as Business Champions.
• This role is designed for individuals who are ready to take ownership, drive business performance, and execute strategic initiatives across multiple locations.
• You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business performance and operational efficiency across assigned locations
• Take ownership of key projects and ensure timely execution
• Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Support strategic decision-making with insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and accountability in all activities

Requirements

• Minimum of a First-Class Degree (mandatory)
• Recently completed NYSC (or about to complete)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to take initiative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of drive, discipline, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Salary
N300,000 - N700,000 gross, depending on the candidate’s performance during the selection process.
