What You'll Do

• Lead Talent & Performance Management initiatives.
• Drive performance appraisal, KPI, and succession planning processes.
• Partner with business leaders to develop, engage, and retain top talent.
• Champion employee development, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

What You Bring

• 7–8+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in Talent & Performance Management.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent).
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and change management skills.
• A proven track record of driving performance and talent transformation.
