Job Title: Export Manager (Manufacturing / FMCG / Logistics)

Job Description
- We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven Export Manager to lead and expand our international trade operations within a fast-paced manufacturing and FMCG environment supported by strong logistics operations.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of export processes, global markets, and supply chain coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute export strategies to drive international sales growth for manufactured/FMCG products.
- Identify and penetrate new international markets while strengthening existing distributor and partner networks.
- Manage the full export lifecycle, including order processing, documentation (Form M, PAAR, Bill of Lading, etc.), shipping, and customs clearance.
- Coordinate closely with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and export documentation standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, freight forwarders, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor inventory levels and align export demand with production planning to avoid stockouts or overproduction.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms (LCs, advance payments, etc.) with overseas clients.
- Track export performance, prepare reports, and provide market intelligence on global trends, pricing, and competitors.
- Optimize logistics and supply chain costs to improve efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
- 10–15 years’ experience in export management within manufacturing, FMCG, or logistics-driven organizations.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures, INCOTERMS, and customs regulations.
- Hands-on experience working with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents.
- Solid understanding of production planning and supply chain coordination.
- Proven ability to develop international markets and manage distributor relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and sales data.
