Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations, prepare accurate financial reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business decision-making through sound financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow reporting.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, or ICAN) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting, including experience in a senior accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 / month.
