O.Peenice Adio Global Enterprise, based in Lagos, Nigeria, is a registered business specializing in thesales, supply, and distribution of general goods, general merchandise, and general contracting services. Registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), the enterprise operates in areas such as manufacturing, warehousing, and sales executive roles.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Health Service Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise healthcare service operations.
• Develop and implement policies to improve service delivery.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs.
• Recruit, supervise, train, and evaluate healthcare staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, safety standards, and accreditation requirements.
• Monitor patient care quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with medical professionals, administrative staff, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reports, performance metrics, and strategic plans.
• Address patient complaints and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
• Oversee procurement and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A master's degree (e.g., MHA, MPH, or MBA) is an added advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
• Previous experience in healthcare administration or hospital management is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and hospital operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong analytical, financial, and decision-making skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
