We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Assistant

Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a reliable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support the day-to-day warehouse operations by ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods.
  • The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining inventory accuracy, keeping the warehouse clean and organized, and ensuring all warehouse activities comply with company procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery notes and purchase orders.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, packing, and dispatching products.
  • Arrange and store products properly to maximize warehouse space and ensure easy accessibility.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer and branch orders accurately and on time.
  • Conduct routine stock counts and assist with periodic inventory audits.
  • Update inventory records and warehouse documentation accurately.
  • Ensure proper labeling and identification of all products and materials.
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse.
  • Report damaged, missing, or expired products to the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of low inventory.
  • Follow warehouse operational procedures and health & safety regulations at all times.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment safely (where authorized).
  • Support other warehouse activities as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or any related discipline.
  • 0–2 years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience is an added advantage.
  • Fresh OND graduates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Female candidates are preferred.
