Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • As a Sales Representative at The Body Shop Lagos, you’ll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while driving sales and promoting our values.
  • You’ll engage customers, educate them about our products, and create a welcoming shopping experience that keeps them coming back.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by actively promoting products and suggesting personalized solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products while sharing The Body Shop’s ethical values.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all products (skincare, haircare, body care, makeup, and fragrances) and confidently explain benefits, ingredients, and ethical sourcing.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is tidy, well-stocked, and displays are attractive to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Promotions & Events: Actively participate in in-store promotions, demos, and events to boost brand awareness and sales.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Share customer insights, sales trends, and stock needs with the management team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive, high-energy store environment.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years in retail sales (beauty / fashion / FMCG preferred).
  • Personality: Friendly, confident, and passionate about ethical beauty.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English (other local languages a plus).
  • Sales-Driven: Proven ability to persuade and close sales.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer skills.
  • Male gender is seriously preferred for for balance and inclusion.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
