Job Summary

  • We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage the company's online presence, grow brand awareness, and create engaging content across multiple digital platforms.
  • The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, audience engagement, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with business goals.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other platforms.
  • Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor social media accounts, respond to messages and comments, and foster community engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and the marketing team to produce high-quality content.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Ensure all content reflects the company's brand voice and identity.

Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
