Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain executives' calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and courier services.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and front desk records.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 - 2 years' experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance with a positive and customer-friendly attitude.
