We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja

Job Summary

• The Human Resource Manager will oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, policy implementation, and compliance.
• The role is responsible for building a high-performing workforce and fostering a positive workplace culture that supports exceptional guest service..

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Coordinate performance management and staff development, Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies, Support payroll administration with the Finance team and Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 / month
