We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Floor Supervisor

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja

Job Summary

• The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of guest room floors and public areas, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, inspecting rooms, and maintaining quality service standards.

Requirements

• OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field,
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role in a reputable hotel
• Ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals on time, Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance and Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily duties

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / month
