About the Opportunity

  • We ara seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to expand its corporate client base and drive strategic business growth across Nigeria.

Your Mission

  • You will identify, engage, and convert corporate organizations into long-term clients for our client's engineering solutions and industrial training programmes.

Your Responsibilities will include

  • Developing new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, Marine, Power, and Industrial sectors.
  • Marketing Process Automation, Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering Solutions, and Corporate Technical Training programmes.
  • Building strategic relationships with HR Managers, Learning & Development Managers, Engineering Managers, Operations Managers, Plant Managers, Maintenance Managers, and Procurement Teams.
  • Identifying corporate technical training needs and proposing tailored engineering solutions.
  • Preparing winning proposals, delivering executive presentations, and closing high-value corporate contracts.
  • Achieving ambitious revenue targets while expanding the company's market footprint.

The Ideal Candidate
Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' proven Business Development experience in the Oil & Gas or Industrial Engineering sector.
  • Demonstrable success marketing engineering solutions, industrial services, process automation solutions, or corporate technical training.
  • An active network of decision-makers within the Oil & Gas industry is mandatory.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, proposal writing, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to convert industry relationships into profitable business opportunities.
