Job Title: HSE Manager

Reporting To: Project Manager
Functional Reporting: Project Manager

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance across construction projects.
• The ideal candidate will ensure a safe working environment, enforce HSE policies, and promote a strong safety culture on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and safety inductions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company HSE standards.
• Maintain HSE records and reports.

Requirements

• Advanced Diploma in Health Safety Engineering or a related field.
• Professional certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA) are an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years'HSE experience in a construction company.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and risk management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
Up to 2,500 Ghana Cedis per month.
