Job Title: Female Security Officer

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking disciplined, vigilant, and professional Female Security Officers to provide security services at assigned locations in Abuja.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for safeguarding people, property, and assets while maintaining a safe and secure environment through regular patrols, access control, and incident reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Guard assigned premises and ensure the safety of personnel, visitors, and property.
• Monitor entry and exit points and verify the identity of visitors.
• Conduct routine patrols to detect and prevent security breaches.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and security incidents.
• Report suspicious activities, security risks, and incidents to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports.
• Perform searches of bags or persons when required and in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and law enforcement agencies when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of ND or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in security services is an added advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods.
• Strong observation, vigilance, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
• Good character with no criminal record.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid security training or certification is an advantage.
• Experience in residential estates, corporate offices, hotels, hospitals, schools, or commercial facilities is preferred.

Additional Requirement:

• Applicants must reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate before resumption.
