Job Title: Loan Officer

Job Summary

• The Account Officer is responsible for driving business growth through customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, loan sourcing and monitoring, loan recovery, and relationship management while ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Mobilize savings, current, and fixed deposits to meet assigned targets.
• Source, assess, and process loan applications.
• Conduct customer visits, credit assessments, and loan monitoring.
• Ensure timely loan repayment and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Promote and cross-sell the bank's products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare business performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal operational policies.
• Achieve monthly business, deposit, loan, and recovery targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in banking, microfinance, or financial services.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / Month.
