Job Title: QA / QC Engineer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting To: Construction Manager
Functional Reporting: Project Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer (Civil) to ensure all construction activities comply with approved specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• The ideal candidate must have hands-on QA/QC experience within a reputable construction company.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare and review inspection reports, ITPs, and quality documentation.
• Monitor construction activities and resolve quality issues through corrective actions.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities.
• Maintain accurate quality records and ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4–5 years of QA/QC experience in a construction company.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience on building or infrastructure projects.
• QA/QC or Quality Management certification is an added advantage.

Salary
N500,000 monthly.
