We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finishes Supervisor (Construction)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all finishing works, including painting, tiling, screeding, ceilings, joinery, flooring, glazing, and related activities.
  • Ensure all finishing works meet approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  • Conduct routine site inspections and resolve workmanship issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other site personnel.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
  • Monitor material usage and support efficient resource management.
  • Ensure all finishing works are completed to client satisfaction before project handover.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc. Degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years' experience supervising finishing works on construction projects.
  • Good understanding of construction finishing materials, methods, and quality standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
