Job Title: Operations Manager

Description

  • A School Operations Manager is a critical non-academic leader who directs the day-to-day administrative, financial, and facility functions of an educational institution. By streamlining logistics, they allow the academic staff to focus entirely on teaching and student achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilities & Health & Safety: Manage campus security, maintenance, cleaning, and transportation to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment. Oversee fire drills and statutory compliance.
  • Finance & Procurement: Develop and monitor annual budgets, track school fee collections, handle procurement, and oversee vendor management.
  • Administration & HR: Supervise support staff (e.g., receptionists, janitors) and support HR processes like staff recruitment and onboarding.
  • Compliance: Ensure the school operates within legal frameworks, manages licensing, and maintains strict confidentiality for student and staff records.
  • Community Engagement: Coordinate logistics for school events and act as a primary point of contact for parents and external stakeholder.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years experience.
