Olorunfunmi Ologun & Company (Chartered Accountants), acting on behalf of a Proposed Microfinance Bank located in Ondo State, invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and result-oriented professionals to fill the position below:

Job Title: Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer

Location: Ondo

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master's degree is an added advantage).
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACIB, MCIB, or equivalent is desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years' post-qualification banking experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management position, preferably in a Microfinance Bank or other financial institution.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and business development skills.
