HRLeverage Africa - Our client, a Travel & Tours Company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Reservation Executive (Entry-Level)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

About the Role

• They are seeking for a motivated and passionate Entry-Level Reservation Executive.
• This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have completed training in Ticketing/GDS and are eager to build a career in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle flight reservations and ticket bookings.
• Assist with ticket revalidation, reissuance, and cancellations.
• Respond to customer travel inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners.
• Maintain accurate booking records and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and travel advisory support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with training in Ticketing/GDS.
• Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
