Job Title: Reservation Executive (Experienced)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage flight reservations, ticketing, revalidation, reissuance, and cancellations.
• Process customer travel bookings accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
• Resolve customer inquiries and booking issues.
• Maintain accurate reservation records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree  
• Proven experience in ticketing and reservations within a Travels & Tours organization.
• Proficiency in Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or other GDS platforms.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
