Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Organize, file, and maintain office documents and records.
  • Receive and direct visitors, clients, and phone calls professionally.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other office documents.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing of documents.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
