About the Role
- HRLeverage Africa is recruiting on behalf of a client in the Travels & Tours industry for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive business growth, and expand the organization's corporate client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the sales and marketing team.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Drive revenue growth and business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and corporate accounts.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare management reports.
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve performance targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management, preferably within the Travels & Tours industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
