About the Role

  • HRLeverage Africa is recruiting on behalf of a client in the Travels & Tours industry for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive business growth, and expand the organization's corporate client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the sales and marketing team.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Drive revenue growth and business development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and corporate accounts.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare management reports.
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve performance targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management, preferably within the Travels & Tours industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
