Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and growth-minded Talent Management & Learning Officer. In this role, you will be the driving force behind enhancing employee skills, performance, and long-term career growth across the organization.
- Your primary focus will be designing and executing impactful learning initiatives that nurture talent, foster continuous development, and build a high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection across the business.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding activities.
- Strengthen the company'semployer brand and candidate experience.
Learning & Development:
- Coordinate the company's Academy and annual learning calendar.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Design, organize, and evaluate internal and external training programmes.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and training records.
- Track learning effectiveness and prepare training reports.
Leadership & Talent Development:
- Coordinate the company's Leadership Club and leadership development programmes.
- Support succession planning and high-potential employee development.
- Manage mentoring, coaching, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Maintain talent profiles and succession plans.
Performance Management:
- Coordinate the performance appraisal process.
- Support managers with performance reviews and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Generate performance analytics and recommend development interventions.
HR Operations:
- Coordinate employee onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and internal mobility processes.
- Prepare HR documentation including employment contracts, confirmation, promotion, and training-related letters.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, organizational charts, and job descriptions.
- Monitor probation reviews and ensure timely completion of employee lifecycle processes.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards covering recruitment, learning, performance, turnover, and workforce metrics.
- Support HR policy implementation, HR audits, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives in collaboration with the HR team.
- Provide HR advisory support to managers on employee development, career progression, and talent management matters.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years' HR experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Generalist HR.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, learning administration, and performance management.
- CIPM certification or membership is an added advantage.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously.
