Job Summary

  • Paz Diagnostics is seeking an experienced, proactive, and results-driven HMO Manager to oversee and grow our relationships with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), corporate organizations, and healthcare partners.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between HMOs and our diagnostic services while driving business growth and maintaining excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HMOs, insurance providers, and corporate clients.
  • Negotiate and manage HMO contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate HMO patient authorization, billing, claims processing, and reconciliation.
  • Ensure timely submission and follow-up of HMO claims to minimize payment delays.
  • Resolve HMO-related complaints and service issues promptly.
  • Identify and pursue new HMO partnerships and business opportunities.
  • Monitor HMO performance, utilization trends, and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Prepare periodic reports on HMO activities, revenue, outstanding claims, and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and healthcare regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Public Health, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HMO management, healthcare marketing, or business development within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of HMO operations, claims management, and healthcare billing processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and healthcare management software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve business growth targets.
