We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Supervisor (Fuel Operations)
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Purpose / Objective
- Support daily fuel operations management, ensuring efficient stock handling, accurate reporting, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Publish daily fuel corporate report for management information.
- Challenge and escalate abnormal fuel consumption/ collection for proper investigation.
- Receipts, issuing and reconciliation of Fuel (AGO/PMS) stock on daily/monthly basis.
- Process all documentation for Community Contractors’ goods receipt keep accurate records of all deliveries.
- Manage customer Fuel requests in Fuel Management System (FMS) & SAP for proper accountability and accounting.
- Carry out source verification of community contractors’ deliveries upon PO issuance.
- Raise material movement requests and gate pass to support deliveries as required.
- Maintaining RENAISSANCE safety policies/ procedure in all Fuel operations at Ogunu.
- Publish other necessary reports as may be required.
- Perform supervisory activities in line with set HSE framework
- Carry out HSE capability assessments for AGO vendors
- Carry out Government Intermediary memos for AGO vendors
- Prepare monthly charge back to customers account for all issued within the month.
Qualifications
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in any discipline
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in fuel operations.
