Job Summary
- As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for driving user and creator acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth by developing and executing scalable, data-driven growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, creator engagement, retention, and platform growth
- Build and optimize customer acquisition channels through paid, organic, referral, and community-led initiatives
- Lead growth marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and experimentation to improve activation, retention, and customer lifetime value
- Establish growth analytics, monitor key performance metrics, and leverage insights to optimize marketing performance and reduce acquisition costs
- Recruit, lead, and develop the Growth and Community team while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 6–8 years' experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, product growth, or growth leadership within a technology, fintech, marketplace, social media, or creator platform
- Proven track record of building scalable customer acquisition channels and delivering measurable user growth and retention outcomes
- Strong expertise in growth analytics, lifecycle marketing, experimentation, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience growing African or Nigerian consumer audiences within a startup or high-growth technology environment is highly preferred
