Job Title: Customer Experience Officer
Location: Dugbe, Oyo

About the Role
- We're looking for a warm, sharp, and reliable Customer Exprience Officer to be the face of DreamPOD.
- You'll be the first and last impression every guest has of us, so we need someone who genuinely enjoys people and pays attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- Take and deliver orders accurately and promptly
- Handle POS transactions and balance the till at the end of shift
- Log daily sales correctly
- Gather feedback from guests and flag concerns to management
- Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND is an advantage
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not compulsory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling cash and POS systems
- Punctual, honest, and able to stay composed under pressure.
