Job Title: Head of Commercial

Job Summary
- As the Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for building and leading the organization’s commercial function, driving sponsorship revenue, developing strategic partnerships, and creating sustainable revenue growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage sponsorship and partnership pipelines from prospecting to deal closure
- Pitch, negotiate, and close sponsorship and brand partnership opportunities
- Develop pricing structures, revenue strategies, and commercial packages aligned with market trends
- Manage key client relationships, account growth, and sponsorship renewals
- Lead commercial reporting, revenue forecasting, and CRM pipeline management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 7–10 years experience in B2B sales, sponsorship, media sales, partnerships, or commercial leadership roles
- Proven track record of building revenue pipelines and closing significant commercial deals
- Strong network across brands, agencies, and sponsors within the Nigerian market
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, forecasting, and relationship management skills.
