Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Mixologist to craft exceptional beverages and provide a memorable bar experience for our guests.
• The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, an understanding of drink trends, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences.
• Create original cocktail recipes and contribute to seasonal drink menus.
• Ensure consistent presentation and quality of all drinks served.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Check identification to ensure customers meet legal drinking age requirements.
• Keep up with industry trends and recommend new beverage offerings.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, approachable manner and provide personalized service.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of bar tools, equipment, and glassware.
• Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure efficient service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a mixologist, bartender, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, drink preparation techniques, and bar equipment.
• Creativity and passion for beverages and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification in bartending or hospitality (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Flair bartending or cocktail competition experience.
• Knowledge of local and international drink trends.
• Ability to train and mentor junior bar staff.
