Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Description
- The Personal Assistant will manage the Managing Director’s daily schedule, coordinate meetings, and ensure effective diary management.
- The role involves handling correspondence, preparing documents and presentations, organizing travel arrangements, and managing expenses.
- The Personal Assistant will also maintain filing systems, support follow-up on key actions, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
- The position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Possess effective Diary Management and organizational skills.
- Possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Possess proven experience coordinating Travel Arrangements and related logistics.
- Have proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
- Demonstrate discretion, reliability, and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance skills , with prior experience supporting senior leadership.
