Job Title: Relationship Officer (Loans & Deposit Mobilization)

Locations: Central Business District, Abuja (FCT), Nasarawa and Niger
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description:

• We are seeking a smart, result driven, and customer focused Relationship Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for SME loan sourcing, deposit mobilization, customer relationship management, and business development activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Source and manage SME loan customers.
• Mobilize deposit and grow the bank's customer base.
• Ensure satisfactory service delivery to all customers and address their inquiries promptly.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationship.
• Conduct customer visit and business assessments.
• Follow up on loan repayments and ensure portfolio quality.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and business practices.
• Achieve established performance targets within the specific time frame.
• Work with the team to develop and implement a business development plan to improve the deposit.
• Meet assigned targets and quota in deposit mobilization and other assigned tasks.
• Promote the bank's products and services.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in banking, microfinance or related role.
• Prior experience in SME lending and deposit mobilization officer in a financial institution.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Target driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Candidate should be resident in Abuja and Maraba.
